Congratulations again on your recent nomination.  Please read the entire message for important information.

1. Official GCMA nomination graphic is available to you.  With the submission of a clean photo (vertical, solid background, clear image) at the cost of $30.00, our graphic artist will create your official nominee graphic enabling you to share it with your network to promote voting. Requests for graphics MUST be completed by February 28th or while the file is still open (SUBMIT GRAPHIC REQUEST HERE). Please include artist name in payment notes for payment reconciliations, for payments use:

2. Artist Development Session Survey.  We are expanding the artist development segment to include individual classes this year.  We Need To Hear From You. Please complete the survey so we can design sessions that are beneficial to you! The survey must be completed by Sunday, February 22nd. 3 GCMA Nominee Information Sessions.  We are offering general information sessions for nominees on Sunday, February 15th and Saturday, February 21st, all times are Eastern Standard Time.  These will be general overviews of the GCMA process. Please see links below:

4. GCMA XChange Magazine.  Publish content on your ministry, project, release, or event in our March issue. The submission deadline for the next issue is February 22, 2026. Follow the link (https://www.gospelchoicemusicawards.com/magazine) to see previous issues.  Email all submissions and inquiries to GcmaXchange@gmail.com.   Ad pricing is as follows:  

- Full Color Page: $20 (8.5" x 11")

- Secondary Covers: $50 (inside front, inside back, and outside back)

- Magazine Cover: $150 (includes two center pages 8.5" x 11" )

5. Phase 1: Unlimited Popularity Voting begins on March 15th and ends on March 29th. Please begin now to share this great accomplishment with your personal/professional network. Encourage others to vote as often (unlimited) and in as many categories as they like.

6. Phase 2: Limited Finalist Voting begins on April 19th and ends on April 25th. The top nominees in each category with the most votes from phase 1 will advance to finalist designation. Winners will be determined by the total votes in this round and the voting of the 2026 GCMA Review Board.  Winners will be announced at the Awards Show on July 18th.

7. Performance Opportunities interest form will be opened from February 8th until March 30th.  Those interested in performing during the awards weekend should visit the website: (PERFORMANCE LINK). Artists chosen to perform will be notified around April 25th.

8. Promotional Video Opportunity for anyone interested. Help us promote the Gospel Choice Music Awards. Simply record a 10 second video (speaking 1 of 2 phrases), be creative if you like, upload the video (PROMOTIONAL VIDEO LINK), and let us do the rest.  

How to vote: on 3/15/2025, go to our website (www.gospelchoicemusicawards.com),  click on the VOTE tab – you will find the award categories listed. Select the desired category and the poll will open for voting.
